  • By law goods which are made to the consumers specification or personalised are exempted from the cooling off period and are non refundable, unless faulted. We are always here to help rectify any issues that you may have and have the confidence in our products to know that you will love them. In the very rare occasions that this isn't the case we will refund the goods total for you once the product has been returned.
  • Shipping details cannot be changed once the order has been placed as claims, if undelivered, will not be entertained by the Royal Mail.
  • The All-in-One Company® shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied.
  • Whilst every care has been taken to describe products as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur with colour reproduction or text descriptions.
  • Delivery times quoted are done so in good faith but shall be non binding.
  • Manufacture lead times are given as a guide for delivery and we cannot be held responsible for any change in the lead time due to manufacturing issues.
  • The responsibility and cost of the return of goods is with the buyer.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

Onesie delivery is included in the price - there is no additional charge for delivery

Time scales

Select Fast Track Service if you need your Create-you-Own Onesie fast, and are happy to pay an extra 20% it can be dispatched within 3 working days for you.

Select Standard Service if you are happy for our 7-14 days dispatch service.

Select Happy to Wait for a discount of 10% if you are planning ahead and can wait up to 28 days for your order to be dispatched.   

If you need your order for a special date please mention this in the 'order instructions box' at the checkout and we will dispatch the order in time for you. 

We will let you know by email once your order has been dispatched, with details of the courier / postal service used.

‘Ready-made Onesies’  will be dispatched within 3 working days - perfect for last minute gifts.

Gift vouchers make a fabulous gift as your recipient can then Create-Their-Own unique onesie. The vouchers are usually dispatched the following working day. We can also email the voucher code to you if you need it urgently, just let us know in the order instructions box at the checkout. Gift vouchers can be ordered in denominations of £10 ranging from £10-£100 and are dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class postal services.

Packaging

All garments are packed into a branded recycleable duffle / carrier bag which are then packed into a mail bag. Our name and address does appear on the parcel.

Delivery services

Onesies are delivered to UK mainland by DPD Next Day courier services, who will contact you regarding your delivery time via text or email (whichever you have submitted to us).

For Worldwide and European deliveries we use Royal Mail 'signed for' services. The tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched.

To ensure that you receive your order in time, or prior to specific dates required, please be aware of our company holiday dates below:

Please also be aware that November and December are our busiest months so please order early for Christmas and winter gifts to avoid disappointment.

Additional Information

We are so proud of our products that we are sure you will love them, if by chance you feel that they dont meet your expectations please let us know and we will be more than happy to help.

Larger orders of 2 or more all-in-ones may be sent in separate mail bags depending on weight and bulk, they will be dispatched at the same time but may arrive with you on different days.

Please use a delivery address where there is someone to sign for your parcel.

What we do with your information

We will use your information to:

  • send you our newsletter and to send you information about the products and services that we offer and other related topics;

We compile statistics about user trends on our Website, which are used by third party organisations to understand how users interact with businesses, brands and one another online and to advise about these things. These statistics are drawn from a dataset which does not contain any information from which you can be identified.

Information you give to us- this is information about you that you give to us by filling in the forms on our Website or by corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise. It includes information you provide when you request to make a purchase through our Website.  We only request from you the minimum data required for you to use our service.

The information we require from you to sign up to our mailing list will include your first name and your email address.

If you make a purchase through our Website then we will ask you for your full name, email address, contact number and postage address.

Information we collect about you Whenever you visit our Website we will automatically collect the following information:

Where we hold and what we do with your information

The information and content held on our Website is deployed geographically to maximise user experience. All information that could identify individuals within the European Union is stored exclusively within the European Union.  We will never share your user information with third parties for promotional purposes.

Our website is hosted by PMGC who are contracted by us for the provision of technical services. We remain responsible at all times for the security of your information, but if you want to know more about how we interact with PMGC you can view their Privacy Notice, amongst their other policies here.

We will pass your personal data to our trusted delivery partners in order to deliver our products to you.  Depending on the option you select and your geographical location your products will be delivered by either Royal Mailor DPDand you can view their privacy information by clicking on their name.

We may also disclose your information to third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this Privacy Notice.

What we do to ensure the security of your personal information

We take the security of your personal data very seriously. Our approach to information security is constantly evolving and continually reviewed.

There will be no charge made for reasonable electronic access to your information, your right to rectification or for your right to be forgotten from our systems.

How long we hold your information for

At All-In-Ones For All Ltd we have procedures in place to regularly review every 12 months what personal data we hold.  If you have not interacted with us or accessed our services during this or the subsequent period then we will delete your personal data from our systems, but will send you an email first informing you of our intention to do so.  Of course, you have the right to forgotten at any point and can find out more about this in the ‘Access to Information’ section above.

Follow these simple steps to create your own Onesie;

1 Select your size (please check the size chart before ordering). You can also select your inside leg measurement preference on the order page for adult sizes. As each and every all-in-one onesie is made to order we can accommodate any size requirements.

2 Select the zip (back or front) and the fabric or fabrics that you would like your all-in-one onesie made in.

3 Select the add ons that you would like for your all-in one such as a hood, ears, feet, mittens, pockets or an I-Poc-It for your ipod or mobile phone.

4 You can then choose to personalise your all-in-one with either your name, initials, football club name, a message or favorite band and an image. Logos can be added, just email a JPEG of your company logo and we can advise on price to add this for you.

5 Your finished all-in-one will automatically be put into your shopping bag.

If you have any difficulties please contact us and we will be pleased to help as orders can be taken over the phone. We can send paypal invoices if you would prefer to pay that way.

After care service

If you  find that your all-in-one onesie needs a slight alteration to make it an even better fit we can most probably help. We do offer an alteration service.

For a small fee of £15 we can take the leg length up and narrow the body width. However, making an all-in-one bigger is not so easy if you have ordered a smaller size to what you needed, but sometimes it is possible.

Whatever the issue please just let us know after you have tried it on, as they do look big when you hold them up, but once on they are usually a perfect fit.

If you need any special requirements such as alternative measurements or need your all-in-one onesie for an urgent date please let us know and we will do whatever we can to help.

A brief guide to your all-in-one possiblities;

Zips - Standard zip (neck to crotch).  Full length zip (neck to ankle) Zips can be placed in the front or back of the garment.

Two way zip enables the wearer to undo the all-in-one from the top and the bottom of the zip.

We can also offer inside leg seam zips for easy access if required.

Hoods and ears - generously sized and snuggly and fun, lots of ears to choose from to make your own unique all-in-one onesie.

Pockets - there are a few to choose from each made with care and attention to detail.

Main pockets - on the front, styled like hoody pockets, great for snuggling into and deep enough to pop things into. 

Keep safe pockets are secret zipped pockets within the main pocket to keep valuables such as keys, cards and money in(great for fundraising events or festivals) leaving your main pockets free for your hands without a scratchy zip, yes we think of everything.

The i-poc-it is located on the right hand side of the chest (for your mobile/ipod/iphone etc).

Side pockets are on the side seam of the trousers, generous size for hands or hankies!

Sleeve pocket for easy access to keys or phone

Embroidery is located on the left hand side chest position. Please bear in mind that the more letters you select the smaller the text will be.

Cuffs - Ribbed cuffs on the wrists and ankles or thumb cuffs on the wrists with ribbed cuffs on the ankles. You can also request hemmed cuffs, fabric cuffs or thumb cuffs on the builder options.

Feet and Mittens - Detached feet / mittens are the same as the attached feet / mittens except that you can take them off whereas the attached are part of the all-in-one. Non slip soles can be selected if you have slippery floor surfaces such as laminate or wood floors.

Tails are sewn into the back of the all-in-one and are not removable.

The Sensory Onesie is Autism Friendly, with flat seams that dont ittitate and labels that are not sewn into the garment.

We offer a fabric swatch service so you can see the quality of the fabric and match your colours to create your perfect onesie, Just let us know which fabrics you'd like to see and the address to send them to. Fabric weights are shown below. The higher the weight the thicker the fabric. All fabrics are excellent quality. 

All fleece is 100% POLYESTER.

Patterned polar fleece 415gms per linear metre.

Plain polar fleece 435gms per linear metre.

Cuddle fleece 450gms per linear metre.

Micro fleece  310gms per linear metre. (Light weight fleece)

Alternative fabrics

Towelling 90% cotton 10% polyester 300gms per linear metre. (beach/bath hoodies only)

Cotton Jersey 97% cotton 3% elastine

Plush Jersey Sweatshirt 80% polyester 20% Cotton

Organic cotton Sweatshirt 95% organic cotton 5% elastine

Bamboo Towelling 56% bamboo 24% cotton 20% polyester

Fur

All the fur used for the tails and the main part of the hood if selected for Mad Hair Day Onesies, is polyester faux fur, this can be washed at 40 degrees and tumbled dried on a low setting.

Alternative products

The Sensory Onesie is Autism Friendly, with flat seams that dont ittitate and labels that are not sewn into the garment.

Beach/Bath Hoodies 

Our beach/bath hoodies are so roomy and comfy that you can get changed under them, ideal for the beach as you can take off wet swim wear or wet suits under the privacy of your hoody! Design your own on the beach bath hoody builder.

Warm and absorbant - toweling

Warm once you are dry - fleece

Hoodies and bottoms are a great alternative to an all-in-one. Bottoms just like pyjama bottoms but you design them with the colours / patterns you like. Hoodies are ideal for indoors and outdoors to keep you snug, design your own on the hoody builder.

Sleepbags are sleeping bags but with arms! They can be unzipped at the bottom so you can walk in them if required. Design your own unique, totally amazing sleepbag on the builder.

Care and Safety.

Fleece -100% polyester, ribbed cuffs 100% acrylic  

We recommend that the fleece all-in-ones are washed at 30 - 40 degrees and tumble dried on a low setting. 

Toweling can be washed at 40 degrees and tumbled dried on a low setting.

Cotton Jersey can be washed at 30 degrees. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.

Plush Jersey Sweatshirt can be washed at 30 degrees. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY

Organic Cotton Sweatshirt can be washed at 30 degrees. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY

Bamboo Towelling can be washed at 30 degrees. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY

Fur tails can be washed at 40 degrees and tumble dried on a low setting.

Dark colours need to be washed separately.

Do Not Iron fleece all-in-ones.

Do not iron fur tails.
